Next stop: Quito with a side trip to Otavalo

We flew to Quito late at night and the first thing we did the next morning was to take a trip to Otavalo for the saturday market - which is collosal. Nice mountain views. On the way we stopped for a breakfast snack at a bakery which made a special kind of bread that was served wrapped in leaves (banana I think). Also a Panama hat shop. And a stop-off place that was labeled Mira Lago -not a Trump Tower!
