Is art necessary?

Prior to going to a Sox game (which we lost) rsc and I went to the Museum of Fine Arts to see the Americans in Paris Exhibition of American artists who lived and worked in Paris from 1860-1900. It was splendid but closes on Sept 24th. After that we had an enjoyable dinner with pinkfish and slinkr at Brown Sugar Cafe, a great Thai restaurant discovered by pinkfish and fj many years ago.

In one of the comments books at the museum I saw a couple of hilarious comments.

I think the art is unnessary. Only some. It was still interesting.

Someone:

It seem kind of boring to me but that's because I'm not into art. But keep up the good work, I guess.
