This letter appeared in today's Gloucester Times in response to a prior article about a "computer glitch"

$500,000 spent on a "system" that does not work, when fire stations are closed, due to lack of funds.

A solution for solving the financial problems of the city would be to open a "clown college". This would generate needed revenue and provide a list of potential candidates to fill job openings in the city government.
