Infant Identification kit

One of the things at the Wellcome Collection was an infant identification kit to create a necklace with an infant's name.





And here is mine - my Mother had it hung on a wall in her apartment!

I have the beads from mine - but the string broke long ago. The beads are in a glass prescription bottle that is probably as old as I am.
