jwgAmong other places we went to the Shwezigon Pagoda. It has a huge gold tower and lots of details that are quite spectacular.
Late in the day at sunset time we went to the Nyan Myint Viewing Tower (there was an elevator) to see what you see. It was pretty amazing: Pagodas, isolated temples, stupas. I walked around the terrace and counted structures that I could see. I got 275! (perhaps not an accurate count but likely an underestimate).
