packaging and warranty overkill
Apr. 24th, 2008 10:14 pmI bought a new set of earbuds for my iPod (bought in December of 2003!) since the cord cover was frayed and it was about to short out.
It came in a box sealed with a plastic hanging device and inside was a sealed wrapper and the thing itself waw wrapped in plastic.
It contained a thick warranty booklet in English, Japanese, French, German, and Spanish. The English portion takes 7 pages with about 300 words on each page. I wonder if anyone has every read the whole text and whether it has been used in a trial?
